The Clinic is run virtually/remotely.

During a remote clinic, you are asked to fill out a patient registration form electronically. Pictures of your skin condition are requested to be sent via email or whatsapp. Then a link for a video consultation is sent. The consultation is done remotely via video consultation. It works very well and effectively.

Nothing to worry, I shall give you a call and we can discuss the skin issues via telephone.

A review or follow up appointment is very important, as it allows me to assess your progress and if the treatment plan needs to be changed. All consultations are bespoke and tailor made to the individual patient.

Initial Consultation will be about 45 minutes to 1 hour. A review or follow up consultation will be about 30 minutes.

A management plan is a care plan. It guides you how to step up and step down in your treatment plan. You will be educated and taught how to manage your skin condition.

Yes, I am not a doctor but a specialist dermatology pharmacist prescriber, who has attended a great deal of dermatology training and competent to deal with certain skin conditions. I am able to explain your skin condition to you, discuss the treatment plan and how the medicine will work. I listen to my patients and understand their needs. Being a specialist in medicines, I am in a better position to guide you and advise you regarding your creams, emollients and treatments to be used. Pharmacists are specialists in medicines. I bridge the gap between a doctor and patient. Having the understanding about your condition is the crucial key to improvement and management.

Yes I do treat children and babies with eczema

Yes I do have experience with Asian and Afro-Caribbean skin types especially pigmentation, post inflammatory acne scars, eczema, and acne.

All appointments are flexible. I work Monday to Sunday and happy to work around the patient’s convenience. Able to provide an appointment within two days.

All prescriptions that I issue are private. They are electronically sent to the pharmacy of the patient’s choice.

Yes if the patient consents, a detailed report will be sent to their GP.
